Introducing Shock Troopers, an explosive run-and-gun classic for the NEOGEO AES+, delivering relentless action and outstanding replayability.

Released in arcades in 1997, this fan-favorite pushes 2D sprite-based gameplay to its limits with lightning-fast combat, branching stage paths, and intense encounters against massive bosses. Players can choose from eight distinct characters, each with unique abilities, or switch to Team Battle Mode to combine three fighters for a more strategic approach.

The mission takes you across a variety of battlefields—from dense jungles and military bases to deserts and heavily fortified enemy strongholds—as you take on the dangerous terrorist group Bloody Scorpion. Packed with dynamic vehicle sequences, heavy weaponry, and screen-filling explosions, the game delivers nonstop excitement at every turn.

With multiple routes, character-driven playstyles, and strong score-attack potential, Shock Troopers offers a deeply rewarding experience in both solo and cooperative play. Combining tight controls, high-speed action, and lasting replay value, it remains a timeless favorite among NEOGEO fans and arcade enthusiasts.
