Introducing Twinkle Star Sprites, a uniquely creative title for the NEOGEO AES+, blending vertical shooting action with competitive gameplay in a one-of-a-kind arcade experience.

Standing out even among the rich NEOGEO library, this fan-favorite combines charming, colorful visuals with fast-paced and strategic 1v1 battles. Players select from a cast of whimsical characters and face off on a split-screen battlefield, where defeating enemies on your side sends attacks, bosses, and disruptive patterns to your opponent. Mastering combos and chaining attacks is key, as it allows you to unleash powerful counterattacks and turn the tide of battle in an instant.

Despite its cute aesthetic, the gameplay is intense and skill-driven, requiring sharp reflexes, timing, and tactical thinking. With vibrant sprites, smooth animations, and a playful yet competitive design, Twinkle Star Sprites remains one of the most inventive and addictive titles on the NEOGEO AES+, offering a truly memorable arcade experience.
