The Neo Geo AES is a video game console released by SNK in 1990. This console was the first to use arcade quality hardware in a home system. The Neo Geo AES was only released in Japan and some parts of Europe.
The Neo-Geo console is equipped with two Motorola 68000 microprocessors, each running at 12.MHz and one Zilog Z80 8-bit microprocessor, which runs at 4 MHz. The Neo-Geo can display 4096 colors simultaneously thanks to a custom video chip. The size of the sprites cannot be increased or decreased.
