Desde su estreno el 3 de diciembre del año pasado, la película ha recaudado más de 13 mil millones de yenes y ha atraído a más de 9 millones de espectadores en Japón. La banda sonora incluye 29 pistas que enriquecen la historia, con la versión cinematográfica del tema de apertura "LOVE ROCKETS" de The Birthday, el tema de cierre "Dai Zero Kan" de 10-FEET, y la música de fondo compuesta por Satoshi Takebe y TAKUMA de 10-FEET.
