Depuis sa sortie le 3 décembre dernier, le film a rapporté plus de 13 milliards de yens et a attiré plus de 9 millions de spectateurs au Japon. La bande-son comprend 29 morceaux qui enrichissent l'histoire, dont la version cinéma du thème d'ouverture "LOVE ROCKETS" par The Birthday, le thème de fin "Dai Zero Kan" par 10-FEET, ainsi que la musique de fond composée par Satoshi Takebe et TAKUMA de 10-FEET.
