Crusher Joe: Fighter 1 1/72 - Plastic Model [Hasegawa]

Japanese Original Edition, Brand New Plastic Model 

From the anime Crusher Joe, the “Fighter 1” carrier-based aircraft aboard the Minerva is recreated as a 1/72 scale plastic model kit by Hasegawa.

Designed as an adhesive-free snap-fit kit, the model features densely detailed sculpting that emphasizes its aircraft-like appearance. The canopy, missile launch ports on the underside, and air brakes, which also function as thrust-vectoring plates, can be assembled in either open or closed positions. Decals are included for the “1” marking on the nose and the “J” marking behind the cockpit, along with seated Joe and standing Talos figures.

The landing gear and gear covers can be configured for either parked or flight mode, and the included stand allows the Fighter 1 to be displayed in flight. A clear version of the canopy is also included, together with masking stickers for easier color separation. The package artwork is by Tankuro Kato.
