The Italian Medium Tank Carro Armato M13/40 joins Tamiya’s 1/35 Military Miniature Series as a plastic model kit recreating one of the Italian Army’s main tanks of World War II, widely deployed during the North African campaign.

The model captures the M13/40’s distinctive riveted construction, bogie-style suspension, and 47 mm main gun, with assembly-type tracks adding detail to the running gear. A metal gun barrel and photo-etched parts are included for a sharper finish, along with tools and other equipment accessories. The kit also includes two crew figures, three marking options for vehicles from the North African front, and rank insignia decals.
