This enhanced "EX" edition is based on the Standard kit but includes newly tooled precision parts and clear-molded components for greater realism.

This waterline model is highly detailed, with a unified hull, engraved wooden deck, and wartime modifications such as sealed portholes and radar-equipped masts (Types 13, 21, and 22). Her updated AA armament, expanded command posts, and repositioned machine gun platforms are all faithfully represented.
