This palm-sized model captures the 1944 configuration of the Japanese Navy cruiser Takao with its distinctive radar-equipped mast, all reimagined in the adorable Chibimaru style.

Featuring snap-fit construction and multi-colored molded parts, this kit requires no glue or painting. Two sticker sheets are included: one with realistic details like the chrysanthemum crest and aircraft markings, and another with a nameplate-style label perfect for display. Two Type 0 reconnaissance seaplanes are also included.

This special edition also features precision etching parts for areas too fine for standard injection molding, such as railings, ladders, catapults, and funnel caps—bringing an extra level of refinement to your build.
