To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the TV anime Digimon Tamers, the iconic Digivice returns as the D-Ark -25th COLOR EVOLUTION-, a fully upgraded version of the original 2001 release, now enhanced with a color LCD screen, rechargeable battery, and modern features.

Available in three versions inspired by the Tamers—Takato Matsuki (Takato Matsuda), Henry Wong (Lee Jianliang), and Rika Nonaka (Makino Ruki)—this updated device preserves the original size while introducing significant improvements, including a built-in vibration motor and USB Type-C charging. The addition of a full-color display brings both characters and backgrounds to life, creating a more immersive experience as you explore different areas of the Digital World and relive key moments from the series.

Step into the role of a Tamer and choose your partner Digimon as you journey through both the real world and the Digital World. The game features over 100 Digimon, including story-driven boss encounters and even the formidable D-Reaper, with some enemies appearing in large-scale pixel art for added impact. During your adventure, you’ll encounter familiar characters from the anime and films, including Tamers and their partners, along with memorable story scenarios. Background music such as The Biggest Dreamer (TV Size) plays during gameplay, and button inputs allow you to hear recorded voice lines from your partner Digimon, adding depth to the experience.

The battle system offers multiple interaction styles, including rapid button presses, motion-based inputs, and timed commands, while evolution sequences are enhanced with anime-style visuals, dedicated music, and vibration effects. A Digimon Search system allows you to discover cards that provide battle advantages, recreating the iconic search interface from the anime.

Each device includes 14 specially designed plastic cards and supports a full card slash function, complete with animation and sound effects such as the signature “SLASH!!”. Each card triggers unique effects in battle, adding strategic variety. Additional features include a music and voice playback mode with over 350 recorded voice lines, including newly recorded dialogue from the original Tamers and their partner Digimon, as well as Kurumon.

The experience is further enriched with a Camp Mode, where you can relax with your partner Digimon and Kurumon, share meals, and enjoy peaceful interactions outside of battle. A collection feature allows you to track all the Digimon you’ve encountered, while communication functions enable connection battles not only with other D-Ark -25th COLOR EVOLUTION- devices, but also with other compatible Digimon devices such as Digivice -25th COLOR EVOLUTION-, D-3 -25th COLOR EVOLUTION-, and the Digital Monster COLOR series.
