Este álbum presenta grabaciones de alta calidad de 10 pistas, incluidas 8 del álbum en CD "FINAL FANTASY XIV Orchestral Arrangement Album" y 2 pistas adicionales que no se incluyeron en el lanzamiento original. También ofrece dos versiones de cada pista en sonido envolvente 5.0ch. Además, el Blu-ray incluye las 18 pistas interpretadas durante el "FINAL FANTASY XIV ORCHESTRA CONCERT 2017 - Eorzean Symphony," grabado el 23 de septiembre.
