The Ghost In The Shell: The Video Game - MEGATECH BODY - Soundtrack [Vinyl] brings back the legendary techno-driven soundtrack from the 1997 Ghost in the Shell video game in a highly anticipated analog reissue. Following its previous two-disc CD release, this double vinyl edition revives a masterpiece that fuses techno, anime, and gaming into a powerful 90s techno lineup.

Curated under the sound direction of Takkyu Ishino, this album features an all-star roster of electronic music pioneers, including Derrick May, Westbam, Hardfloor, and more. These influential artists helped shape the history of techno, and their rare tracks are now available once again in this long-awaited vinyl format. With the resurgence of 90s techno in recent years, this analog release caters to both collectors and fans seeking high-energy, floor-ready soundscapes. 

This edition also includes two exclusive tracks: Spook & Spell (Fast Version), which was not featured in the original 1997 vinyl release, and an all-new remastered version of To Be or Not To Be (Off The Cuff 2024 Redefined Mix) by Derrick May. Additionally, the original art direction and Yamato-style illustrations by Takashi Murakami return, preserving the visual identity of this iconic album. 

Mastering is planned to be handled by the renowned cutting engineer Rashad Becker, known for his exceptional precision in vinyl production. Please note that the final tracklist and specifications may be subject to change.
