This is a showdown set consisting of two figures: "Tigatron," the Cybertron polar reconnaissance officer who transforms into a white tiger, and "Blackwidow," the Decepticon espionage operative who transforms into a black widow spider. The items included in this set have been released in the Generation Series, but with a premium finish that showcases enhanced coloring and faithfully reproduces the patterns on their bodies. The coloring has been adjusted to match the CG animation image, creating a special edition.

The robot designs faithfully recreate the characters' appearances, closely resembling their portrayal in the animated series. The closed-box packaging includes a reversible inner sheet that resembles the showdown set box from the past, and it comes with two character cards.
