Transformers: Missing Link - Ironhide (C-14) [Takara Tomy]

In 1984, Ironhide was released overseas as part of the initial lineup, but its release in Japan was ultimately canceled when the series launched domestically in 1985. The original toy separated from a vehicle into two mechanical units, with the robot portion taking the form of a power-loader type design that differed greatly from its animated appearance. Its head was represented by a sticker placed on the seat visible through the front windshield.

What the Missing Link project challenges this time is the idea: what if Ironhide had originally been produced with the same heroic concept as the other Autobots, featuring a design much closer to the anime appearance? This release is a “what-if” virtual revival based on that concept.
