This full-scale helmet can be worn (head circumference up to 635 mm) and showcases realistic battle damage recreated entirely through meticulous hand-painting. The mask and various parts, including the eyes and forehead slits, are equipped with LED lights that illuminate in red and blue.

The battle mask is fully movable and synchronized with sound effects, allowing Optimus Prime to speak nine iconic lines, including:

1. I am Optimus Prime, leader of the Autobots.

Lighting and voice features can be controlled via multiple methods: a touch sensor, voice commands (in both English and Chinese), or the included Autobot-symbol wireless remote. The helmet also features a voice changer function — when worn, your speech transforms into Optimus Prime’s iconic computer voice, with matching light and mask movement effects.

For display, it can also be mounted on a separately sold helmet stand and admired as a bust model.
