Tonkatsu (とんかつ, Ton katsu) is an edge piece of fried pork cutlet.
Tonkatsu resembles a fried pork cutlet covered in batter.
It has a scalloped border tan skin that create a light and crispy effect which makes it stand out from the rest of the Sumikkos.
Tonkatsu is a bit desperate to convince people that it's still edible, since it was left on the plate because it's made of 1% meat and 99% fat.
They enjoy collecting every sauce that it sees along with Ebifurai No Shippo.
