Quarter Scale: Star Wars Episode IV / A New Hope - Han Solo [Hot Toys]

Japanese Original Edition, Hot Toys Figure

Hot Toys expands its prestigious Quarter Scale lineup with Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope, bringing the legendary smuggler Han Solo, portrayed by Harrison Ford, to life in an impressive 1/4 scale format.

A charismatic and daring Corellian captain, Han Solo operates on the fringes of the galaxy alongside his loyal partner Chewbacca. A gifted pilot and sharp gunfighter, his fate changed forever after winning the Millennium Falcon in a game of Sabacc. After crossing paths with Obi-Wan Kenobi and Luke Skywalker in the Mos Eisley cantina on Tatooine, he ultimately joined the Rebel Alliance—cementing his place as one of the saga’s most iconic heroes.

Standing approximately 46 cm tall and featuring over 30 points of articulation, this high-end 1/4 scale figure delivers an extraordinary level of presence. The newly developed head sculpt, created with Harrison Ford’s official portrait rights, includes a movable eyeball system for lifelike gaze adjustment. Every detail—from the carefully hand-painted skin texture and subtle wrinkles to the precisely sculpted brown hair—has been crafted with remarkable realism.

Han’s classic outfit is faithfully recreated with meticulous tailoring: a black vest, V-neck shirt, Corellian bloodstripe pants, genuine leather belt, and boots. The newly engineered body enhances his natural stance, allowing for screen-accurate signature poses. Accessories include his DL-44 blaster pistol (which fits into the belt holster), a belt-mounted droid caller, and even a Stormtrooper utility belt with E-11 blaster rifle—perfect for recreating scenes aboard the Death Star. A variety of interchangeable hands, including bare hands, gloved hands, and forearms, provide expanded display options. The themed display base is inspired by the Millennium Falcon, completing the presentation.

Building on the craftsmanship refined through years of 1/6 scale production, Hot Toys elevates its artistry even further in this larger Quarter Scale format. This ultimate rendition of Han Solo is a centerpiece-worthy collectible—an enduring tribute to one of Star Wars’ most beloved characters and a standout addition to any serious collection.
