From Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team, the Ground Type Gundam joins the RG series with a completely new sculpt and highly detailed construction.

The model features a newly designed frame for the waist and legs, allowing it to recreate a wide range of poses from the anime, including crouching and firing positions. The chest parts can be opened to reveal the vulcan cannons and cockpit hatch, while the leg-mounted saber racks can also be opened and equipped. The backpack supports the Weapon Container, which can be raised and lowered and features an internal locking and linked movement mechanism. A ground effect part is also included for displaying the shield.
