RG 1/144: Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny - Force Impulse Gundam (Deactivated Mode) [Bandai Spirits]

Japanese Original Edition, Real Grade [RG] Figure

The Force Impulse Gundam Deactivated Mode joins the Real Grade (RG) series, faithfully recreating its powered-down appearance from Mobile Suit Gundam SEED DESTINY.

The RG series condenses highly detailed proportions and mechanical realism into a 1/144 scale model, and this release is no exception. The kit features the Advanced MS Joint system, allowing for an impressive range of articulation and dynamic posing. The waist section includes a swing mechanism that greatly enhances mobility, while the knee armor slides in sync with leg movement for more natural posing.

The Impulse Gundam’s signature combining system is fully recreated, allowing the mobile suit to be assembled from the Core Splendor, Chest Flyer, Leg Flyer, and Force Silhouette units. As part of RG’s real-world design approach, the Force Silhouette is treated as a realistic aircraft component, with detailed gimmicks, textures, and folding wings that can move to the rear.

The kit also includes the Impulse Gundam’s characteristic weapons, such as beam sabers and an anti-armor knife. Additional articulation features include a forearm structure that twists independently from the elbow and shoulder armor that rotates separately to reduce part interference during dynamic posing.
