It’s been eight years since the release of the acclaimed “UPMGV-01UT Guyver I,” praised for its masterful sculpting. This new edition revives that iconic statue with a color scheme inspired directly by the original manga. Guyver I stands triumphant, radiating fierce energy, with the defeated Zoanoid Ramotith collapsed at his feet—capturing the quiet aftermath of a brutal battle in a way that feels both nostalgic and new.

The armor’s vivid cyan hue draws from later art book and cover illustrations, while subtle gradients on the shoulders, chest, and thighs lend depth and realism. The Control Metal gleams in plated silver, and fine metallic accents give the fibrous musculature a lifelike sheen. Every organic texture is painted to evoke the bold contrasts of Yoshiki Takaya’s original art, right down to the vivid blood trickling from Ramotith’s wounds, reminiscent of a splash page in full color.
