Holding a giant scythe behind her back, the blood demon innocently carves up her enemies. Her cuteness as a young girl and her cruelty as a demon are expressed in battle. Her dynamic pose is accentuated by the blood splatter frame created by the scythe's trajectory. In a carefully calculated composition,
the portrait is rich in contrast, with dark blood and smooth skin tones, and the demon's neck and long hair popping out of the frame.

The details of each part are also highly detailed. The head, which has a unique expression, has the same pattern on the eyes and jagged teeth as in the work.
The special base, which is studded with bloody weapons and pieces of demon flesh, is based on the head of Chainsaw Man.
