Ray Harryhausen's "Rhidosaurus" (Plastic Model) 1/72 [X Plus]

The legendary Rhidosaurus, the colossal prehistoric beast from The Beast from 20,000 Fathoms, is now available as a meticulously crafted 1/72 scale plastic model kit.

A milestone in the history of special effects and monster cinema, Rhidosaurus made its unforgettable big-screen debut in 1953, rampaging through a metropolis and setting the stage for the kaiju genre. This model kit faithfully recreates the dramatic scene where the towering creature confronts a massive lighthouse, mistaking it for a formidable foe.

Designed with attention to cinematic authenticity, the model features transparent parts for the lighthouse’s circular glass and interior lighting, enhancing its realistic appearance.

A must-have for fans of Ray Harryhausen’s groundbreaking artistry, this kit serves as both a tribute to his legacy and a stunning display piece capturing one of the most iconic moments in monster film history.
