Fit Boxing Touken Ranbu: Shutsujin! Exercise Honmaru combines the home fitness gameplay of the Fit Boxing series with the world and characters of Touken Ranbu ONLINE, letting players train alongside six Touken Danshi who serve as exercise instructors.

The game features 33 exercise and stretching routines, alongside the series-first Dual Sword Fist Dance mode, which allows two Touken Danshi to guide a workout together. Training is accompanied by 30 music tracks, including rearranged music from Touken Ranbu ONLINE, while continued exercise unlocks additional conversations and everyday character moments at the Honmaru.
