Requiem for the dead. Nightmare for the living.

Resident Evil Requiem marks the ninth entry in the legendary Resident Evil mainline series—ushering in a new era of survival horror.

Prepare to confront death itself in a relentless, pulse-pounding experience that will chill you to the bone. Launching in 2026, Requiem merges cutting-edge technology with the veteran development team’s deep expertise to deliver a narrative rich with atmosphere, unforgettable characters, and the most immersive gameplay in the series’ history.

[Story]

It all begins when a corpse—ravaged by an unknown infection—is discovered inside an abandoned hotel.

Grace Ashcroft, an FBI analyst, is assigned to investigate. But the case takes a dark turn: the hotel is the very place where her mother died eight years ago.

Determined to confront the ghosts of her past, Grace journeys to the scene—only to uncover a chilling truth buried beneath layers of conspiracy and decay. What she finds traces back to the catastrophic outbreak in Raccoon City, the biological nightmare that changed the world forever.

Is this the requiem that will finally lay the horrors of that tragedy to rest—or will it awaken something far worse?
