Movie Masterpiece: Prey (2022) - Feral Predator (Battle Damaged Ver.) 1/6 [Hot Toys]

Japanese Original Edition, Hot Toys Movie Masterpiece Figure

Hot Toys’ TV Masterpiece series expands with the ferocious world of Prey, introducing the Feral Predator (Battle Damaged Version).

Set in the early 1700s, long before the founding of the United States, Prey tells the story of humanity’s first encounter with the universe’s most fearsome hunter. Armed with highly advanced technology, the Predator descends upon the Comanche—one of the most formidable Native American tribes of the era. As the line between hunter and prey blurs, the young Comanche warrior Naru risks everything, standing against the Feral Predator in a brutal fight for survival and honor.

The Feral Predator is recreated here as a high-end 1/6 scale figure, standing approximately 37 cm tall and featuring over 16 points of articulation. This battle-damaged version showcases newly applied paintwork across the head and body, highlighting gruesome wounds, scars, and splashes of green blood that reflect the intensity of the final confrontation. The jaw includes two interchangeable parts—one with newly sculpted broken fangs and another with an open maw—allowing for varied and menacing expressions. The dreadlocks are crafted from flexible rubber material for enhanced realism.

The detachable Predator mask features a light-up function, while intricate details such as the primitive-style waistband and dual arm gauntlets are meticulously reproduced. A wrist blade can be mounted on the right gauntlet, and a shield attaches to the left. The weapon loadout includes a cross bolt gun, combi stick (extended/separable), combi stick (stowed), and a whip, with the bolt gun and stowed combi stick magnetically attachable to the back. Additional accessories include a backpack and a skeleton trophy that can be secured to the waistband.

A wide selection of interchangeable hands supports dynamic posing, alongside a special interchangeable right arm part that recreates a severed forearm. Also included are a Comanche axe and arrow, expanding display options and storytelling possibilities. The diorama-style display base, inspired by the film, allows you to showcase the severed forearm, weapons, and accessories in dramatic fashion.

Evoking the climactic final battle between Naru and the Feral Predator, this battle-damaged edition is a powerful and atmospheric release. Brought to life through Hot Toys’ advanced craftsmanship and attention to detail, it is an essential centerpiece for fans and collectors of the Predator franchise.
