Kotobukiya expands the Modeling Support Goods (M.S.G.) series with the reissue of Heavy Weapon Unit 15, the Selector Rifle, a modular large-scale weapon designed for versatility and customization. This weapon follows the concept of the long-running Strong Rifle, focusing on a highly adaptable structure with multiple 3mm connection points for enhanced compatibility.

The Selector Rifle features an interchangeable front unit, allowing users to switch between four different firepower options:

- Howitzer (grenade cannon) – Rotating and foldable barrel for deployment and storage
- Laser shot – High-energy precision beam weapon
- Missile launcher – Heavy-duty projectile attack unit
- Flamethrower – Close-range incendiary weapon

The sensor unit comes in two sizes, with the larger version doubling as a headpiece for Frame Arms models, while the adjuster joint allows for length modification, offering further customization possibilities. The grip unit features a rotating hold section, ensuring a secure fit on various model kits.

Unused front units can be combined with the adjuster joint and small sensor to create a back-mounted unit, expanding display and weapon storage options. Additionally, the 3mm side holes on the main body can be covered using detail covers for a cleaner look.
