From Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans, this 1/100 scale expansion set by Bandai Spirits includes weapons and option parts designed to recreate multiple forms of Gundam Barbatos when combined with the separately sold MG 1/100 Gundam Barbatos model kit.

The set includes newly molded parts for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 5th Ground Battle, and 6th Forms, allowing collectors to reproduce the evolving combat loadouts used by Barbatos throughout the series. Each form features dense Master Grade-style detail, from the left arm armor and shield of the 1st Form to the blue-and-white shoulder armor of the 2nd Form and the deployable wire claw of the 3rd Form.

For the 5th Form, the set includes newly molded equipment for the atmospheric entry operation, including waist boosters with deployable thruster sections and arm mortars with movable firing gimmicks. The 5th Ground Battle Form adds a large Wrench Mace with an opening mechanism, arm machine guns, enlarged leg parts, and rubber stickers designed with grounding stability in mind.

The 6th Form can also be recreated with newly molded upper-body armor and dedicated waist boosters. This set further includes the first 1/100 scale Mobile Worker in the line, with swappable weapon options, cockpit opening gimmick, and selectable general unit or commander unit presentation, plus a newly sculpted standing figure of Orga Itsuka and water-slide decals featuring Tekkadan, Gjallarhorn, the Bauduin family crest, and damage markings.
