Metal Armor Dragonar: Dragonar-1 1/72 - Plastic Model [Hasegawa]

Japanese Original Edition, Brand New Plastic Model 

From the TV anime Metal Armor Dragonar, Kane Wakaba's Dragonar-1 is recreated as a 1/72 scale plastic model kit by Hasegawa, based on the original mechanical designs by Kunio Okawara.

Assembly requires no adhesive, and the kit uses eight molded colors—white, red, blue, yellow, gray, black, clear yellow, and clear green—to achieve an appearance close to the original design. The stripes on the shins are also reproduced through colored parts, while the head camera eyes can be selected between clear yellow and yellow.

The joints throughout the model are articulated using numerous poly parts. The shoulder joints can move forward, allowing the 75mm Hand Rail Gun LPS9 Type to be held with both arms, while the ankle-to-shin joints incorporate sliding mechanisms for an enhanced range of movement. The lower rear nozzles and their covers are also movable, allowing deployed and stored configurations to be recreated.

The kit includes the 75mm Hand Rail Gun LPS9 Type, two Close-Combat Laser Swords, two Close-Combat Assault Knives, one Hybrid Shield, and two Throwing Bombs. The two Close-Combat Laser Swords can be connected and held together. Five types of hands are included: left and right gripping hands with articulated fingers, left and right open hands with articulated fingers, and a right hand for holding weapons. Decals for detailed markings are also included.
