Comic Masterpiece DIECAST: Marvel Comics - Superior Iron Man 1/6 [Hot Toys]

Japanese Original Edition, Brand New Hot Toys Masterpiece Figure

The Comic Masterpiece DIECAST series—known for its premium alloy construction perfect for mechanical characters—now expands its Marvel Comics lineup with the striking arrival of Superior Iron Man.

In the 2014 AXIS storyline, Tony Stark’s moral compass is flipped, giving rise to a cold, calculating version of Iron Man driven by self-interest and control. Donning the advanced Endo-Sym Armor, inspired by symbiotes, this version of Iron Man blends cutting-edge tech with a dangerously egotistical mindset, making him one of the most fascinating iterations in comic lore.

This 1/6 scale figure stands approximately 33 cm tall, with more than 30 points of articulation and a body crafted from 60% diecast alloy, delivering both a tactile weight and stunning visual realism. Two head options are included: one with a light-up helmet, and another with a newly sculpted Tony Stark face exposed, complete with Hot Toys’ signature rolling eyeball system for adjustable gaze. The metallic silver armor features a dazzling electroplated finish, giving it an elegant, high-tech sheen.

Removable and articulated armor parts include a detachable chest plate, opening back flaps, and upward-shifting thigh armor to enhance poseability. A full suite of LED light-up elements is built into the eyes, arc reactor, repulsor rays, and armor across the arms, legs, and torso. Swappable hands with articulated fingers and embedded light-up features allow for dynamic action poses. The figure comes with a special light-up display base to complete the premium presentation.

With his sleek armor and sinister charisma, Superior Iron Man remains a fan-favorite across the Marvel multiverse. This figure perfectly captures his dark brilliance in alloy form—an essential piece for serious collectors.
