Velretta First Engage Ver. from Arcanadea joins Kotobukiya’s lineup as an entry-level plastic model kit featuring an updated design inspired by the anime.

This revised version of the devilish Dears offers improved part separation and a more accessible assembly process, making it suitable for both newcomers and experienced builders. Two pre-printed face parts are included, each featuring eye designs based on the anime illustrations for a distinct appearance compared to the original release.

The waist and skirt have been redesigned to match the anime version, with a newly sculpted skirt creating a more stylish silhouette. Updated arm joints provide greater posing flexibility, while the shin parts now separate along the front and back to reduce visible seam lines when viewed from the front.

Newly sculpted wings use 3 mm ball joints for a wider range of movement, while the redesigned tail allows for more expressive poses. Improved ankle wings, five sets of PVC hands, her signature lance, and a dedicated display stand further expand the kit’s display options.

By combining this kit with the arm and leg parts from the standard Velretta model kit, Wilize Mode can also be recreated.
