From the film Kamen Rider Zeztz: Sayonara no Mission, the DX Agent Capsem & Zeztz Agent Dream Driver Buckle Set recreates the transformation accessories used to become Kamen Rider Zeztz Agent Dream and access additional forms featured in the movie.

Attach the Zeztz Agent Dream Driver Buckle to the separately sold DX Zeztz Driver to complete the Zeztz Agent Dream Driver. Insert the Agent Capsem and press the lever to activate the LED lights and enter transformation standby mode. Rotating the Capsem then produces an intense mirror-ball-style lighting effect and plays the transformation sound.

After transformation, pressing the lever and rotating the Capsem again activates the finishing-move sound. The Agent Capsem also features an audio function with recorded character voice lines from Baku Yorozu, portrayed by Ryutaro Imai.

The included Break Code Down Capsem can be inserted into the separately sold DX Road Invoker, allowing role-play transformations based on the new forms used by CODE agents in the film.
