A mass-produced Heavy Metal unit developed from L-Gaim, the striking red machine D-Seerd from Heavy Metal L-Gaim makes its debut in the HG series with a completely new sculpt.

Piloted in the series by characters such as Gau Ha Lassi, this long-awaited kit faithfully recreates the D-Seerd with meticulous attention to detail. Its bold red color scheme is achieved through precise part separation and molded colors, while the design incorporates a range of articulation gimmicks to reproduce dynamic movements from the anime. The rear-mounted light booster can be deployed, and the power launcher cable, made from soft material, allows for natural and flexible posing.

Designed to match the standards of the HG line, the kit pursues an ideal balance of proportion and mobility. The waist uses plastic seals for clean detailing, while the head visor can be displayed in its illuminated state using foil stickers. Soft resin is used for the power pipes in the arms and legs, and the leg-mounted random slate armor can expand dramatically in sync with internal cylinder movement, enhancing mechanical realism.

The D-Seerd comes equipped with a full set of weapons, including the power launcher, saber, and additional armaments, all of which can be mounted on the rear binders. It also features compatibility with the separately sold HG 1/144 L-Gaim Mk-II, allowing for combined display with its Prowler form.
