Cthulhu Mythos: Old Ones Cthulhu Giant Statue [Gecco]

The "Great One," who is said to have ruled the ancient Earth in the Cthulhu Mythos, is rendered in three dimensions with overwhelming presence and volume.

Based on Paul Komoda's interpretation of the extraterrestrial life forms depicted by Lovecraft, the entire statue, which is 400mm tall and 400mm wide, was hand-sculpted by Shinya Yamaoka.

The details that breathe life into the imaginary creatures are the result of Yamaoka's unique spatula technique, backed by his experience, and are a cut above digital sculptures.

The fear of supernatural beings that humans cannot possibly defeat, the cosmic horror, is embodied through the coloring by Katsushige Akiyama.

The base is based on the motif of R'lyeh, an ancient stone city that sank to the bottom of the South Pacific Ocean.

In the center of the base, the head of Lovecraft, the creator of the Cthulhu Mythos, is sculpted with an expression full of curiosity and skepticism, paying tribute to the great author.
