Following the powerful reinterpretations of Unit-01 and the Fourth Angel, this statue fuses Nizzi’s signature style with deep respect for the source material. His concept envisions Unit-02 standing at the edge of the sea, ready to confront an incoming Angel with weapons drawn in both hands—an intense, heroic pose that brings cinematic energy to the diorama.

The body is redesigned with more human-like proportions, embedded with purposeful panel lines and exposed mechanical structures that hint at the inner workings beneath. Shared design elements with Unit-01 add cohesion across the series, reinforcing the unified vision of the collection.

Unit-02's iconic crimson armor is finished with a vivid tone reminiscent of the anime, layered with the subtle metallic sheen of heavy machinery. Its four eyes and chest unit feature built-in light-up functions, enhancing the figure’s realism and presence. The industrial battlefield, complete with a sinking tanker and crimson waves, is rendered with meticulous detail—bringing this dramatic seaside confrontation fully to life.
