Nin-Nin Game is specializes in Japanese Import  Video Games, DVD/Blu-rays, and hobby goods (figures, goodies, collector items, etc.) brand new or used, and your one-stop shopping resource on the internet!


We provide Japan import enthusiasts a large and daily updated range of collector products and limited edition items only available on the Japanese market. All products scheduled to be released in the coming months are available for pre-order, and regularly added and updated in our catalog. Check our site daily for updates and specials!

Is this product currently in stock?
All of our products indicated as "in stock" on our website are currently in stock or available at one of our trusted supplier network, and may be dispached within 3-4 business days. When a product is not in stock right now, an approximate time range for its next availability is provided whenever possible.

Are your prices up-to-date?
Yes, all prices on our website are up-to-date. The price of an item cannot change once your order has been validated!

Why do prices vary from time to time?
Prices in Euro or USD displayed on our website may vary from time to time, depending on the daily currency exchange rate Euro/Yen or USD/Yen. Exchange rates are updated regularly.

What kind of shipping is available?
We offer a large range of Shipping options when you validate your order: FEDEX, EMS Speed Post, Registered Airmail, Registered SAL/Economy, and Economy. All details about the various shipping methods are available in our Shipping Options section!

How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 3-4 business days following payment. Once your order is shipped, Shipping time varies depending on the Shipping method used. Here are some indicative times when shipping from N2G Export Offices:


- FEDEX: 2 to 3 Business Days

- EMS Speed Post: 3 to 4 Business Days 

- Registered: 1 to 2 weeks

- Registered SAL/Economy: 2 to 3 weeks

- Shipped by AMAZON : 7 to 12 Business Days

Can you ship to my country?

Yes, Nin-Nin Game ships worldwide!

Do you ship pre-orders before Official Release days?

Yes we do! If you pre-order early enough, we can generally ship pre-orders as soon as we get our suppliers shipment - that is generally 1 or 2 days before Official Release Day.

Do you accept wholesale / corporate orders?

Yes, we accept wholesale and/or corporate orders. We may prepare personalised invoices adapted to large volumes. In any case, do not hesitate to contact us directly through our Contact Form!

Do I have to pay Customs/Taxes when I receive my order?

If you choose FEDEX or Japan Post as a shipping method, depending on your country of residence, you may be required to settle Custom fees / taxes when your parcel arrives. This is not systematic, but it happens and it is the law. Checks are usually performed at random, and the taxation amount then mainly depends on the amount declared on your orders invoice. You are free to chose the amount that we declare on this invoice: please let us know in the "Comments" field at the time you order on our website. We may also mark your parcel as "Gift" if you wish so - For more information, please do not hesitate to contact us!

If you choose "Shipped by AMAZON" as a shipping method, you will not have to settle any tax: we handle Customs Clearance for you!

PAYMENT

How can I pay my order?

We offer several payment methods:
- Credit Card (secure payment via the Crédit Agricole Bank)
- Paypal
- Cheque
- Domestic Bankwire

- European / International Bankwire

Here are the details:
- Credit Card : (secure payment via the Crédit Agricole Bank):
Reference Currency: EURO - Payment is directly performed in EURO - therefore you will have no additional charge / change fee to settle if you use your Credit Card in Euro. Moreover, your card is only charged at the time your order is dispatched - This is the most practical and cheapest payment method!

(You may also use any other currency than Euro: in that case your Bank will charge you some exchange fees in order to convert your currency to Euro - typically ~1%)

  - Paypal:
Reference Currency: Japanese YEN. Payment is charged directly at the time of order on your Paypal account. You may also use your Credit Card in order to pay via Paypal if you wish! (exchange fees will typically be a bit higher than with the above Credit Card method)

  - Cheque:
Reference Currency: EURO - Only available for French Bank Cheques - Your Bank Cheque is charged at the time your order is dispatched! If you wish to split your payment in several times, please contact us through our Contact Form.

Reference Currency: EURO - Your order is validated at the time your Bankwire in EURO Currency is received on our Corporate Bank account in France!


Can I split my payment in 2 or 3 times?

We may accept this under certain conditions, in that case please contact us through our Contact Form.

Which currencies do you accept for payment?

We accept payments in all major currencies! We also offer native Payment methods in Japanese YEN or EURO. You may settle your order in any major currency other than Japanese YEN or EURO: some exchange fees and charges may be applied to your payment by your Bank / Paypal.

GUARANTEE & CUSTOMER SERVICE

Are your products covered by Guarantee?
Brand new items come with a Maker Guarantee covering all hidden faults. If you encounter a problem with your item whithin a Year from your Buy, you may contact our Customer Service. After returning your prodct (using Registered Airmail), we will forward your item to the respective Maker's Support Center.

(Please note that all Returns are subject to prior approval)

I am not satisfied! Can I return my item and receive a refund?

You may exert your right of retractation whithin a time of 7 Days counting from delivery to be eligible for a refund. This right of retractation is however subject to conditions. In order to learn more, please see our General Terms & Conditions.

I still haven't received my order! What should I do?

We sincerely apologize if you are experiencing a delay with your order. Average shipping times are what they are: average quoted to us by our shipping vendors. Some parcels may take a bit more time to arrive, depending on many factors. It may also happen that a parcel remains a couple days at Customs before being forwarded to your home country's Post Company. If you have chosen FEDEX, EMS, or Registered shipping, you may check the status of your order with a Tracking number. We highly recommend to pick a trackable shipping method! We remain at your service should you need any additional information.
