This title is a semi-cooperative standalone game, similar to its predecessor Nemesis: Lockdown—though beware, betrayal is always a possibility. Players take on the roles of highly trained space marines, equipped with advanced gear as they infiltrate a mysterious facility. Their mission is to eliminate the growing threat of intruders known as “Prime Blood,” while searching for key locations and items to fulfill their own objectives and survive.

New gameplay elements add further depth, including robots that assist players and an oxygen system that restricts actions, creating additional layers of tension. The map generation has also been expanded, leading to more complex and unpredictable situations. While players act independently, there will be moments where temporary cooperation becomes essential to survive against overwhelming enemy forces.

The game also supports solo play and includes a fully cooperative mode for those who prefer teamwork over deception. For players seeking an even greater challenge, a lethal mode increases the difficulty significantly. With highly detailed miniatures for both characters and enemies, the game delivers a cinematic sci-fi horror experience that fully immerses players in its intense and suspenseful world.
