F.S.S. Episodes of 40th Memorial [Kadokawa]

Japanese Original Edition, Brand New Artbook

Celebrate 40 years of The Five Star Stories (F.S.S.) with F.S.S. EPISODES of 40th MEMORIAL, a commemorative volume by Mamoru Nagano tracing the history and evolution of his landmark science-fiction saga since its serialization began in 1986.

The book presents an extensive overview of the series’ major Mortar Headds (MH) and Gothicmade (GTM) designs, alongside digests covering every episode and a wealth of imagery from classic Monthly Newtype covers and features. A dedicated section on Fatima Est includes Nagano’s own commentary on her costume designs as well as a complete collection of the fan-favorite Ganbare EST-chan introductory manga.

The volume also features a special DESIGNS section with newly drawn character designs offering a glimpse at characters set to appear later in the story, making this a substantial retrospective and collector’s piece for longtime F.S.S. readers.
